If Ebay think that they can unethically BAN sellers, power seller then they should remember that seller's are there back bone if any breaches and restricted products are sold by sellers they should send them warning notice and if the seller continue the same he should be banned for life time.
No warning No notice one day suddenly see that your account is blocked with some stupid sections of Ebay MC113, MC099 MC119 . When people do not know about this session Ebay should use such sections to close any one account.
One day i received the same mail MC113 account suspended for illegal activity in my account,
I made my friend to purchase one item from my account and he purchased one item. I know its a Ebay policy breach but never expected that ebay is so rude that it will keep a life time ban for this reason. There should be one warning mail stating you are doing this and this can block the account for even then we could have not done any thing like such.
Ebay always states Rules and Regulations and Policies for any thing they block account. But let me ask Mr Ebay policy maker that does your company itself follow any single policy.
Policy Scam of Ebay by there own reputated team.
Policy breached by EBAY itself but there is no BAN on them of any kind.
1. Any mail you send to EBAY should be replied with 24 to 48 Hrs but in my experience EBAY don't even care to reply even with in a week some time.
2. Seller Protection and mostly ebay reject it stating some or the other reason.
3. Buyer protection of 30 days is shit of ebay where it claims 30 days replacement guarantee for buyer and when they raise claim though its says reply will come in 48 to 60 Hr but you cant expect a call less then 7 days . People let me know is it a breach or not.
Also buyer claims are rejected many times stating Manufacture warranty product should be taken to service center even though you have used in 1 hrs its spoils. So fake Ebay policy.
4. Monopoly rules of Ebay every eCommerce site when you submit plan or action and regret for your unwanted breach policies are given a chance but ebay is rude unethical and unprofessional to never give a chance.
5. You or your family members also cannot open account and trade. its like one son has committed crime complete family to be punished. Tribal Rule implemented here.
After reading my post let me know should seller should be banned on silly reason and never given a chance.
Time to raise voice on ebay.
When EBAY Can BAN you can and your circle can BAN ebay and see that the shut there operation for some silly policies they have made sitting in a Air conditioned room.
I have stopped buying and all members in my circle has stopped buying in ebay.
Spread the world so that they can be BANNED by us for ever and regret .
Lets spread this and BAN Ebay.
